Encompassing the brands Coppa Club and Tavolino, parent company Various Eateries PLC is backed by serial restaurant entrepreneurs Andy Bassadone and Hugh Osmond. In September 2020 the business sucessfully floated on the AIM market, raising £25m in the process. The group now plans a roll out of both brands.

The hospitality group became a KFC franchise partner in 2016 and currently opeates 40 stores with an annual turnover in excess of £60m. During the COVID crisis, the business managed to sucessfully pivot operations towards a delivery and drive-through model.
