Dining by Numbers is a London-based business consultancy that joins the dots between numbers, efficiency and success in the food & beverage industry.

I have been providing project-based and interim business analysis for hospitality businesses since 2014 and have worked with a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to established multi-site operators. During this journey I have built strong relationships with Investors, Managing Directors, Finance Directors, Chef Patrons, and entrepreneurs.

As a CIMA qualified management accountant with years operational exposure in restaurants and bars, I have developed a range of skills involved in many aspects of the lifecycle of a restaurant, from planning and feasibility to management reporting, product, supply chain, performance evaluation, and expansion.

In addition to my own consultancy business, I also hold directorships at conscious lifestyle brand She's Lost Control Ltd and social enterprise Crystal Clear CIC. I am passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals through financial analysis and strategic planning, and I am committed to delivering exceptional results for my clients.
